Hospital makes medical supplies donation to international Coronavirus efforts
Columbus Regional Health was pleased to donate, in late January, 10,000 masks and other personal protective equipment to medical and care providers in Wuhan, China.
The donation was made possible through Cummins' East Asian Employee Resource Group and the Columbus Chinese Association. Cummins has operations in Wuhan, China, where the current international outbreak of coronavirus (Covid-19) first originated. Materials and safety experts at Columbus Regional estimate the total value of items donated at around $25,000.
