The services provided by the CRH Breast Surgery practice are transitioning into the Columbus Regional Health Multidisciplinary Breast Program to enhance the care experience for our patients. Therefore, beginning July 15, 2024, our office location will move to CRH General Surgery to join a team of qualified clinicians, including two surgeons that specialize in breast surgery. The new office is located in the building directly across the street from our former location in Medical Office Building South on the CRH campus.
Patients currently scheduled after July 15 should plan to see us at our new address at 2325 18th Street, Suite 220, Columbus, IN 47201. Our office number will remain the same 812.376.5710.
