What's your reason to QUIT? This is your year to kick the tobacco habit. Healthy Communities at Columbus Regional Health offers group tobacco cessation classes with medication assistance (medication consists of NRT patches or gum only).
Three sessions will be offered during 2022 and each session has 7 weekly meetings.
All classes meet in the evening on Tuesdays from 6pm-8pm
Class Location: ASAP Hub, United Way Center, 1531 13th Street, Columbus, IN
The 2022 sessions start and conclude by the following dates:
Session 1: April 5 - May 17
Session 2: June 7 - July 19
Session 3: September 6 - October 18
Fee: $35.00 per person / Scholarships are available upon request.

Check or cash payments will be collected on the first day of each session.
