This class covers what you should expect when returning to work, how to communicate to your employer about your needs as a nursing mother, how to prepare your baby for the transition, creating a pumping schedule, building a stored supply, and more.

The class is held in the basement of Columbus Regional Hospital in the Innovation Center.
