CRH Breast Health Center Receives National Award for Quality

At its annual Healthcare Experience Summit on September 25, 2024, PRC honored the Columbus Regional Health Breast Health Center with a Healthcare Leadership Award.

As a recognized leader in the healthcare intelligence space, PRC received more than 200 nominations across multiple categories for the Healthcare Leadership awards. The Breast Health Center was recognized with a Quality of Care Award.

This award recognizes CRH’s innovation, dedication to healthcare, and monitoring of patient experience insights have resulted in exceptional experience indicators as seen in HCAHPS data and other quality metrics. The Breast Health Center received the award for the “deliberate steps to innovate and redesign the care experience for every patient, including an intentional hiring philosophy, the creation of new positions to boost process efficiency and prioritize meaningful moments of care, and establishing a culture of continuous learning through monthly review of PRC scores and Voices® data.”

These steps have contributed to the organization exceeding top decile (90th percent) performance for Quality of Care performance and receiving recognition from the FDA for regularly fulfilling Mammogram Quality Standard Act (MQSA) requirements.
