MyChart offers mammogram self-scheduling
The Breast Health Center at Columbus Regional Health is pleased to introduce self scheduling through MyChart for your annual mammogram. Your screening mammogram may be scheduled directly through your MyChart account. From the main menu screen on your account, click “Schedule an Appointment” and follow the instructions. Don't have a MyChart account? Sign up by visiting www.crh.org/mychart.

MyChart is an intuitive, interactive platform application from CRH's electronic medical records system, Epic. Through MyChart, patients can access their medical record, keep track of healthcare services and appointments, schedule appointments, view test results and office visit provider notes, and even communicate with their physician. MyChart is available via the Internet, and as a smartphone application.

Spotlight on the Hospitalist Program at Columbus Regional Health
When a patient is admitted to the hospital, they are often cared for by a hospitalist. A hospitalist is similar to a patient’s primary care provider (PCP) but provides care solely in the inpatient hospital setting. Hospitalists are in contact with the patient’s PCP and document all details of the patient’s stay in the patient’s electronic medical record for the PCP to see.
