Thanks to a new feature, CRH MyChart users can now access their personal COVID vaccination and testing credentials in an easy-to-share or print form right from their medical record. 

As people engage in in-person events or settings, or return to travel, vaccination or testing status may be required. The COVID-19 Status tab in MyChart provides a QR Code or downloadable PDF version of a person’s vaccination or test result status that can be quickly scanned and securely shared. The COVID-19 Status tab is automatically available through your MyChart. It can be accessed through the “COVID-19” tab under “My Record” or by clicking the icon next to your “My Profile” tab. From the tab you may download a PDF, export the file to other health aps or generate a QR code that can be scanned.
