“It has taken a while to process and put into words the immense gratitude my mother and I had for Andrea’s care. My mother was unexpectedly hospitalized after traveling to Columbus from Cincinnati. During the two-week stay, she underwent three procedures. It was an incredibly stressful and unforeseen circumstance, but Andrea’s presence made a significant difference in our experience. Her care for my mom was not only professional but deeply personal, as if she were caring for her own family member.

From the moment Andrea first interacted with my mother, it was clear that she was not just another patient. Andrea took the time to talk with my mom, learning about her life, interests and concerns.
