Eric Fults is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has been working in Columbus since 2024. He has been happily married since 2015 and has three children. He is originally from Chicago but attended high school in Brazil, Indiana. He earned his BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology at Ball State University in 2015. After finishing his undergraduate studies, he worked in campus and pastoral ministry at Ball State and in Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. While working in ministry he earned his MDiv from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville in 2020. At that time he also worked in the ER in downtown Louisville, with plans to return to the medical field. He completed his Physician Assistant training and earned his MSPAS degree in 2024.
Working in collaboration with psychiatrist Dr. Michael Stark, he specializes in diagnosing mental health disorders and providing medication management for populations of ages six years and above. Eric is passionate about leveraging both his medical and ministry training to provide holistic care to patients throughout South Central Indiana.
In his free time, Eric enjoys exercising, reading, drinking specialty coffee, and spending time with family, friends, and his church community.
