Dr. Ramayapally's clinical interests are general endocrinology, including diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, PCOS, weight management, and transgender medicine. 

She has a special interest in diabetes technology and wants to make sure her patients have the tools they need to help manage their diabetes more efficiently.

Dr. Ramayapally believes patients deserve to have a good understanding of their disease, and hence chooses to spend time explaining physiology to them. She strives to provide an individualized approach to patient care with a focus on improving overall health by promoting lifestyle changes to help prevent disease progression, especially in patients with obesity.

    A issue was discussed to look at with another physician which I have been through same diagnosis was the issue as of past experience and had a dr and we just got sidetracked and didn?t get the answer to go back to the same dr? Would have appreciated her.input. But like I said we got sidetracked.

    It was very good, just forgot on both of our behalf?s.

    Dr. Ramayapally provided excellent care during my recent visit. In addition to explaining the results of some recent tests and the latest download from my CGM, she also asked for my thoughts moving forward, to improve my health. She was very positive and encouraging about the improvement in some of my numbers. Overall, I have found Dr. Ramayapally to be very knowledgeable and caring. As a diabetic I truly appreciate the care and help I receive from my "team" of Dr. Ramayapally, and my dietician, Andi Bukowski. I would highly recommend these two professionals to anyone.

    I have no complaints at this time. The entire office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work!

    My only feedback is I had to leave a message on the clinical line which states it may up to 72 hours before we return your call because we are short staffed. As a healthcare professional I found the message to be off-putting and sets the stage for a delayed response because as a patient my need is paramount, not your staffing issues. Also, the front office staff member said name?.date of birth? and how do you want to pay your $30 co pay. She never said good morning or introduced herself or asked how are you. All I said was oh so I need to pay before I?m even seen just because it struck me as rude, unprofessional, and very task oriented. She does not appear to like her job nor does she project professionalism. She said yes that?s how we do it! All of the other CRH practices which I am a patient of follow AIDET and ask for payment at checkout. As soon as she finished her ?tasks? she got on her cellphone and leaned back on her chair.

    Everyone was so busy nobody had time to listen to me. My doctor let me take meds for 6 months I didn?t need. Then told me I was fine and could leave. When I brought up what I wanted to talk about she all the sudden changed my meds. Nobody wanted to listen to me except the girl in the back who checked me in. But she couldn?t help me

    I don?t feel important. I felt like I was bothering them

    The provider never touched me. Did not ask many questions. She seemed to be going through the motions and did not seem to interested in me as a patient..

    By even examining me. Did not listen to my body so I am not sure how she could fill out the review of symptoms.

    Dr. running quite late, but I didn't feel rushed through my appointment though some info was confusing to me. Dr. patiently explained needed answers when I didn't quite understand & also assured me details would be provided in writing. Marie installed a DM monitor & was also very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful when we had questions. She is a gem!

    Luckily we had nothing else to get to or the late start of the appointment (~1 hour wait) would have been a problem. I understand there are very busy times in Dr. offices, and feel this was not a normal occurance, though no one actually addressed the issue.

    The doctor needs more consistent and knowledgeable support. I have not seen the same support in a year's worth of visits. And, there appeared to be someone solving a computer program issue during my visit.

    The Doctor was willing to explain the details of what she was recommending for me to do. Makes it so much easier when they answer your questions and make sure that you understand.

    Dr. Ramayapally is a great doctor. She has helped me understand diabetes and how to manage it.

    The waiting room was freezing. Very uncomfortable.

    No. They don?t listen to their patients and insist on pushing depression medication when you state the lack on energy and sex drive.

    Listen to their patients and be doctors not pill pushers.

    She cares about me unlike the nurse practitioner at Franciscan. She has no communication with me what so ever

    The nurse that showed me to the exam room and checked my A1C, I can?t remember her name but she wore glasses and had dark hair, and Dr RAMAYAPALLY. Both exceptional.

    I arrived at 7:45am for my 8am appt, and this annoyed the front line receptionist. I told her that this was included in my instructions sent to MyChart. I try to always follow instructions, but I did go wait in my vehicle until 8am to be even more courteous.

    Slower speech. Though consult was accompanied by written info, to my relief. Temperature of office was frigid, & I am not one who is always cold!

    That the doctors listen and hear what I tell them and take that into account before changing medication. And get a handle on billing and copay so I don?t pay more than my copay because they have no say in your billing department. I have a 25 dollar copay and it is not estimated.

    The listening and explaining of meditation and how they work was outstanding. I had explorations of parts of my treatment that had not been explained in a way that I understood. Sure makes it easier to do what I am trying to do. Thank you DOCTOR!!!

    If a person needed to go I don?t know how the appointment could more desirable.

    Lack of having to wait for the appointment to stat. Usually have to wait. Well organized.

    I consider any imbalances I have to be very minor, and without any problematic symptoms. No thought was given to diet changes which I could try. Only surgery and possibly medication. I much appreciate a DO's approach in this area.

    This was my first visit with this Dr. But she was excellent at letting me know exactly what is going on with my diabetes and what I need to be doing at home
