Background

CRH at NexusPark is the culmination of more than five years (paused during the COVID-19 pandemic) of visioning, partnership, research, planning, and design to result in an inventive approach to outpatient healthcare delivery. NexusPark provides a modern and dynamic environment that enhances care delivery and patient experience. The organization is relocating and converging 14 practices and support services into our 125,000 square-feet portion of the refurbished former shopping mall at more than $54 million in investment.

NexusPark is the product of collaboration with a focus on community health and wellbeing unlike anything the region has yet experienced. The result of NexusPark started with a community partnership among the City of Columbus, Columbus Parks and Recreation, and Columbus Regional Health, with the support of Heritage Fund: The Community Foundation of Bartholomew County. The work served to create a dynamic community asset that would comprise of a broad range of health, wellbeing, and recreational services and experiences, as well as community space, retail and dining.
