Blood glucose (also called blood sugar) levels will vary – up or down. This is normal. If it varies within a certain range, you probably won’t be able to tell. But if it goes below the healthy range and is not treated, it can get dangerous.

Advanced Care for Lung Cancer

Columbus Regional Health is now offering the most advanced screening procedures for detecting and diagnosing lung cancer in its earliest, most treatable stages. In December 2018, Columbus Regional became the first hospital in Indiana, and one of only 10 in the nation, to offer cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) bronchoscopy.

Hospitalists are physicians and nurse practitioners on site 24/7 to oversee exclusively the care of hospitalized patients while working closely with each patient’s primary care physician (PCP).
