Open to all Columbus North High School students and incoming freshmen!

6:00pm to 8:00pm

Cost is $30.00 cash or check payable to CNHS Athletic Department (all proceeds benefit the CNHS Athletic Department).

Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and complete the IHSAA physical form. These forms are valid for the 2023 - 2024 school year.

Forms are available in the High School Athletic offices, IHSAA website or on the day of event.
