KEYLIME CHEESECAKE

Ingredients:
- 3.5 ounces fat-free cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp vanilla flavored protein powder
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 egg white
- Splenda or other sugar substitute to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Mix cottage cheese and protein powder in blender until it’s a smooth consistency, add lime juice.
- Taste for sweetness, add a bit more sweetener if desired.
- Add egg white and stir thoroughly.
- Pour into a small baking form.
- Place a small pan with 1 inch of water in oven.
- Set cheesecake pan in this water bath.
- Bake for 20 minutes and cool for the same length of time.
