DOCTORED BEANS FROM WEIGHT WATCHERS

Ingredients:

  • 1 (28-ounce) can vegetarian baked beans
  • 1 (17-ounce) package seasoned pulled pork or shredded chicken in barbecue sauce
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Cover and bake until bubbly, about 45 minutes.

Makes 6 Servings
