CHICKEN AND BLACK BEANS

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
- Onion
- Garlic
- ¼ cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Splenda
- Shredded Cheese
- Sour cream
- Olive
Directions:
- Sauté chicken, onion and garlic in oil until done.
- Add other ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream, cheese and olives.
