CHERRY CHEESECAKE TARTLETS

Ingredients:
- 1 package Sugar Free Instant Jello Pudding
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Fat Free Half & half
- 4 packages of AthensĀ® mini Filo dough crusts
- 1 can Sugar free cherry pie filling (can be made with protein powder to increase protein)
Directions:
- Mix pudding, vanilla and half & half with a mixer for three minutes.
- Set in fridge to chill and set up.
- Remove shells from packaging and put in a preheated 350 degree oven for 3-5 minutes and let cool.
- Immediately before serving, use a plastic bag and put pudding mix in.
- Cut the corner to use as a piper.
- Fill cups partially.
- Top with a single cherry with some sauce and serve.
