Apple Butter

Wash and core apples, quarter and cover with a little water.
Cook until tender. Run through colander.
Ingredients:
In a big pot, take:
- 2 cups fruit
- 1 cup Splenda®
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
Directions:
- Mix well. Cook down on medium high heat until getting ready to boil. KEEP STIRRING — IT WILL STICK!
- Turn down to medium low heat. It will be thick and pull away from pan approximately 10 minutes or so.
- Put into canning jars and cold pack after boiling, time for 10 minutes.
- Take jars out and sit on counter and wait for them to seal!
