Apple Butter

Wash and core apples, quarter and cover with a little water.
Cook until tender. Run through colander.

Ingredients:

In a big pot, take:

  • 2 cups fruit
  • 1 cup Splenda®
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves

Directions:

  1. Mix well. Cook down on medium high heat until getting ready to boil. KEEP STIRRING — IT WILL STICK!
  2. Turn down to medium low heat. It will be thick and pull away from pan approximately 10 minutes or so.
  3. Put into canning jars and cold pack after boiling, time for 10 minutes.
  4. Take jars out and sit on counter and wait for them to seal!
