HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2-2 tablespoons Splenda
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla flavored whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. Over the lowest possible heat, combine the cream and water.
  2. When they are starting to get warm, add the cocoa, Splenda and protein powder.
  3. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Bring just barely to a simmer and pour into cups.

Yield: 2 servings
