CHICKEN ROLLS

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 roasted red bell peppers
- 1 large onion
- Add any other vegetables of your choice
- 8 ounce bag shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Flatten chicken breast and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Fill with veggies and 1/2 of the cheese.
- Roll and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover with sauce.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Cover with remaining cheese and bake uncovered until cheese is golden and bubbly.
